Workshops in a comprehensive way cover the subject matter of creating and conducting Assessment/Development Centre projects, allowing Participants to build and develop professional skills. During the workshops, participants have the opportunity to practice and improve their skills in the area of, among others, building capability models, creating and selecting assessment tools, administering AC/DC sessions, as well as writing reports and giving feedback. Each module ends with an individual follow-up for each of the participants. It is also possible to work individually under the supervision of the trainer, after the workshops end.
