Individual and group Outplacement programs carried out by the team at Inwenta include:
- Conducting simulated interviews together with feedback;
- Defining the scope of employment opportunities;
- Providing support in the job search;
- Placing the candidate's CVin Inwenta's database;
- Promoting the candidate in the job market to potential employers and other consulting companies;
- Monitoring candidate progress (for individual Outplacement services).
Where required, a psychological consultation is also available to participants of our Outplacement programs.
