Coaching is a process for professional development and career management of the Client (coaching participant). It is a productive method to improve competencies and increase effectiveness in reaching goals. Through coaching, the participant will be able to uncover skills and resources and how to make use of them in a constructive manner in both the professional setting as well as in one's personal life. Coaching is organized through a cycle of meetings with a coach. During each session, the Client works toward established goals- business related, personal development, interpersonal relationships or other skills. The coach initiates and supports a process of introspection including an analysis of reactions and emotions which results from a more focused and timely constructive resolution of the Client's goals and requirements. The coach does not force her own views but through dialogue, analysis of experience and specifically formed questions, the Client himself will find answers leading toward establishing goals. Coaching leads to the development of the Client's potential through uncovering and enhancing one's resources and possibilities.
